These headshots are owned and copyrighted by Roger Hammons Photography. All rights are reserved.
Roger Hammons hereby grants Darius Jones a personal use license which includes the following limited rights:
1) ARCHIVING: Right to archive these headshots.
2) PRINTING: Right to make photographic prints up to approximately 8x10 of these headshots.
3) ADVERTISING: Right to use these headshots in advertising materials in print or electronic media to support writing and related business activities.
4) DISPLAYING: Right to use these headshots on personal websites and social media in support of writing and related business activities.
These rights are subject to the following restrictions:
1) ALTERATIONS: No alterations are to be made to the images other than cropping to fit publication constraints.
2) PHOTO CREDITS: Whenever practical, photo credit is to be given to Roger Hammons or Roger Hammons Photography. Preferably photo credit should be printed adjacent to the image. When such positioning is not possible, photo credit should be given in narrative text where possible.
